Sunny's Sangria

This bright take on a summertime staple starts with rosé...

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • A pitcher

  • 1 bottle of chilled rosé

  • 2 tablespoons brandy

  • ¼ cup Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 cup sparkling water

  • approximately 3 cups various fruits of your choosing, to include peeled/sliced peaches; quartered strawberries; halved grapes; sliced oranges, lemon, or apples; halved cherries; pineapple chunks...

Preparation

Step 1


Pour the rosé into a pitcher



Step 2


Stir in the Triple Sec, brandy, and fruit. Taste. Add sugar, if desired.



Step 3


Chill for a few hours. Right before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher, and stir. Then, pour the sangria over ice into the glasses of your choice. Enjoy!
