Ingredients
Ice
1 ounce Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1 ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1.5 ounces sparkling wine or Champagne
Lemon twist to garnish

Preparation

Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2
Add the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice ; shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled (coupe or champagne) glass.
Step 3
Top with sparkling wine or Champagne. Garnish with lemon twist. Enjoy!
