Born in 1915 Paris, this potent potable packs a powerful punch – similar to the gut punch one experiences when paying a Frenchie's vet bills...

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 ounce Tanqueray London Dry Gin

  • 1 ounce lemon juice

  • ½ ounce simple syrup

  • 1.5 ounces sparkling wine or Champagne

  • Lemon twist to garnish

Preparation

Step 1


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.



Step 2


Add the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice ; shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled (coupe or champagne) glass.



Step 3


Top with sparkling wine or Champagne. Garnish with lemon twist. Enjoy!
