Ingredients
Ice
2 ounces butterfly pea flower gin (such as Empress 1908)
½ oz elderflower liqueur
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2
Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice; shake well.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Enjoy!
